Roostly is your home's AI maintenance assistant — a personalized upkeep schedule built from your home's real local climate, a digital Binder for warranties and documents, an AI assistant, and appliance photo-scanning.

Subscription & free trial

Roostly is USD $4.99/month (Homeowner) or USD $9.99/month (Landlord, up to 5 homes) after a 7-day free trial. Your price is shown in your own local currency at checkout, so the exact number may differ. Cancelling before the trial ends means you won't be charged.

You can view or cancel your subscription anytime:

Android (Google Play): open the Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → tap Roostly → Cancel subscription. (Or tap "Manage subscription" inside the Roostly account menu, which opens the same place.)
iOS (App Store): Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → tap Roostly → Cancel Subscription.

Your account & data

You can export your data from the Binder screen at any time, and delete your account from the account menu inside the app (or by emailing support). See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
